A Bit About Me

I’m a mother of three boys, which means I’ve learned a lot about drywall repair and the consequences of indoor bike stunts. As a military spouse, I’ve gotten good at going with the flow — and I can pack up a house like a pro. I’m passionate about therapy and feel deeply honored when someone trusts me to walk alongside them on their healing journey.

In the therapy room, I offer a calm, grounded presence. When you feel flooded or overwhelmed, I can help you find your anchor. I’m also not afraid to challenge you when it supports your growth. And honestly, I think I’m pretty funny — a session when we can laugh together, even if there were tears too, is a good session in my book.

A Bit About Me

I take an eclectic approach to therapy because I believe people’s lives and needs are complex — rarely fitting neatly into one single method. I offer clients a safe, supportive space to explore their goals, clarify what they need, and build a path forward using evidence‑based practices. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you identify strengths, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.

I’m a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, a Certified Mental Health Ally through the Military Spouse Advocacy Network, and a Certified Professional Life Coach through the University of Texas at El Paso. I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master of Social Work from Kennesaw State University. I’m a mother of three, a military spouse, and a native Spanish speaker. I love spending time in nature and value quiet, meaningful moments with family and friends.
